1. Who we are

Imagine AI Studio and Mesh Club are provided by the Creator. The Creator is the operator of this service. Contact, support, complaints, and appeals are handled in Second Life by TerrellBlackwood. Do not treat any other name or in-world listing as the legal operator unless the Creator says so.

2. Eligibility

You must be allowed to use Second Life and this service. Adult (NSFW) features are for people 18 or older who are also adult users of Second Life under Linden Lab's terms. Turning on adult mode asks you to confirm that, and records a funded Imagine wallet. A funded wallet is a payment signal. It is not proof of age and is not an age-assurance check under any particular law.

3. Uploads, consent, and your rights

By uploading an image or 3D model you confirm that you own it or have all licences, permissions, and other rights needed to use, copy, process, modify, and download it for your intended purpose. You remain responsible for your content and intended use.

You must not upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful. You must have consent from every identifiable person depicted, especially for adult or intimate imagery. The Studio does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. We may remove content or restrict access where infringement, unlawful use, or abuse is suspected.

4. AI generation and its limits

Generated images and 3D models are produced by automated systems. Results vary. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, style, quality, or fitness for a purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use, upload, or sell them in Second Life or elsewhere.

Provider processing may occur on third-party infrastructure. We do not name those providers in the product because they may change. Their own acceptable-use rules also apply to the request we send on your behalf.

5. Permitted and prohibited content

Lawful adult artistic work is allowed only in adult mode on the resident web Generate Image, Upload Image, and Improve image flows. In-world Studio and Mesh Club catalogue production stay general-audience except for the same safety screens.

These are always prohibited:

• Sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or age-ambiguous youth
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera sexual imagery, or real-person sexual deepfakes
• Content that is otherwise unlawful, or that you do not have the rights to use

Uncertain cases are held for review rather than approved automatically. Adult creations stay private to you and are never published to Mesh Club.

6. Adult mode, screening, and moderation

Adult generate costs L$40, including processing. Adult upload processing costs L$20. Those amounts are never covered by a free allowance. We screen prompts and images before 3D generation. A held upload may wait up to 48 hours. 3D does not start until the image is approved.

Three consecutive confirmed violations, with no successful compliant creation between them, pause creation on the account. You can still browse Mesh Club and manage membership. Pending reviews and overturned flags do not count as strikes. An administrator may restore creation. Appeals: TerrellBlackwood in Second Life.

7. Fees, refunds, and memberships

Charges are in Linden Dollars (L$) from your Imagine wallet. A charge happens only after you confirm it and, for paid adult work, after the safety screen allows it (or after an administrator approves a held upload).

If a generation fails as a service failure after you were charged, the wallet entry is refunded. If a prompt is rejected, you are not charged. If an output is refused as prohibited after processing has started, 3D does not run. Processing is generally not refunded except for a service failure, a legal requirement, or rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Mesh Club memberships renew automatically from your Imagine wallet until you cancel. Cancel at any time; access continues until the paid period ends. The current period is not refunded unless the law requires it. Confirm the plan, price, and renewal before you subscribe. Open Mesh Club

8. Processing failures

If a creation fails after a confirmed charge, we refund that charge when we did not deliver the paid result. Temporary outages, queue delays, and quality you dislike are not the same as a failure to deliver. Retrying a paid action with a new confirmation is a new charge unless we say it is free.

9. Second Life permissions and delivery

You authorize Imagine AI Studio and its technical service providers to process uploaded and generated content only as needed to create, optimize, store, and provide your results. Models are provided as optimized Collada (.dae) files for download. They are not uploaded or delivered to Second Life through the Creator's avatar unless your account has been expressly whitelisted. Content created through the Studio's own prompt-generation flow may use the normal Second Life delivery feature. Mesh Club items follow the Club delivery path you choose.

You remain responsible for Second Life permissions, adult-land rules, and any in-world listing you make.

10. Removal, suspension, and appeals

We may remove content, hold it for review, refuse 3D, or pause creation where these terms, Linden Lab's terms, or the law appear to be broken. Login suspension is separate from a creation pause. For a review, more information, or an appeal, contact TerrellBlackwood in Second Life.

11. Privacy and retention

We keep account, wallet, project, and moderation records needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and handle appeals. Confirmed prohibited files may be removed from storage while the reason and audit record are kept. We do not sell your content. Session and acceptance records (including adult-terms version and IP) are stored so we can show what was agreed.

12. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for content you choose to create, upload, or use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be limited, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and venue are not set in this version. If a court or regulator requires a particular rule, that rule applies.

13. Changes

The Creator may update these terms. The version date above is the current text. Adult mode and some purchases ask you to accept the current version again. Continued use after a published change is acceptance of the new version for later use.
